We are a family run business with traditional values and over 7 years of extensive knowledge of the Arboleas property market. We specialise in the sale of villas, town houses, village houses, apartments, cortijos and plots of land. We are a market leader for both sales and rental properties in Arboleas and it’s surrounding areas.
Spanish-Hideaways is based in the Costa Almeria area of Southern Spain. Are offices are situated on the outskirts of Arboleas next to our recently opened Humbugs café and approximately 100 metres from the Charter Supermarket.

We have recently expanded our rental services to include holiday lets and we have a number of villas, apartments and houses available for both short and long term rentals.
The friendly staff at Spanish Hideaways, The Arboleas Property Shop, can help with everything you need when you first start out, in your new life in Spain. We don't just sell or rent houses to you, we look after you when you've rented or bought your house through us. Many of our customers are now our friends.
We can arrange help with NIE numbers (National Identity Numbers), Residencia, Spanish Wills and Empadronamiento (local residencia) which is needed for many things, such as buying a car or enrolling your children in school. We aim to provide all of our customers with excellent pre and post-sales support.
Special Offer - Property Inspection Trips
For prospective purchasers we will shortly be offering Property Inspection Trips, whereby we will meet you at the airport, take you to your local accommodation for the duration of your stay, take you around viewing properties from our property portfolio and return you to the airport.
