We are a family run estate agency specialising in the sale of villas, town and village houses, cortijos and plots. We are based on the outskirts of Arboleas which is in the Costa Almeria area of Southern Spain.
Arboleas is a typically Spanish inland village close to the town of Albox and the Almanzora Valley, yet within easy driving distance of a number of National Parks and also within 35 minutes of the coastal resorts of Vera, Garrucha and Mojacar on the Costa Almeria.
At Spanish Hideaways, The Arboleas Property Shop, you can be assured that all of our villas, houses and plots are fully legal as they are fully checked by us and our legal team before they are added to our property portfolio. We pride ourselves on our honesty, integrity and reliability, and as we are a family run business we feel that we offer a more personal level of service than some of the larger estate agencies. All of our staff live in the Arboleas area and therefore have an excellent in-depth knowledge of the local property market.

The properties we have available are located mainly around the Arboleas area but we also have properties available in Albox and surrounding areas, Taberno, Almanzora, Cantoria, Baza, Velez Rubio, Zurgena, La Alfoquia, Saliente, Albanchez and other villages and towns.
We also provide a rental service to our customers and have a number of villas, apartments and houses available for both short and long term rentals.

The friendly staff at Spanish Hideaways, The Arboleas Property Shop, can help with everything you need when you first start out, in your new life in Spain. We can arrange help with NIE numbers (National Identity Numbers), Residencia, Spanish Wills and Empadronamiento (local residencia) which is needed for many things, such as buying a car or enrolling your children in school. When you have purchased your property we can arrange for electricity to be connected, water and telephone (where possible). We can even arrange Car Insurance. We aim to provide all of our customers with excellent pre and post sales support.
