At Spanish Hideaways we work with many other estate agents who, like us charge low commission rates for selling properties.

We can contact other agents we know and trust to find you, your property in Spain.
If you buy a property from us, our fees are included in the price of the property. If we find you a property through another agent, we share their commission, so you don't end up paying a fortune in commission.
Most of the agents that we deal with charge their clients 3 – 4% to sell a property, which in Spain is very good.
The price you see for the property is the price you pay + 7% purchase tax, notary fees, registration fees and solicitor's fees. In total, the solicitors advise to allow 10%.
We can also organise viewing trips for serious customers. If you book your flight and accommodation, we will pick you up from your hotel and show you the properties we have found.
If needed, we can even help to arrange flights and local accommodation.
