We at Spanish Hideaways have launched our new Property Exchange department.

We have just completed our first property exchange between a detached villa here in Arboleas and a detached property in Cumbria. If you have been trying to sell your property, in the UK or Spain, and like other people have been on the market a while, why not think about exchanging it.

Instead of selling your property and receiving the payment, you would exchange your property for a property, in another location, with a similar value. If there is a difference between the two property values the difference has to be paid. If one or both properties have a mortgage, the mortgage has to be paid off.
